I need some assistance with building databases for my new company Review Less, LLC, that someone in the group might be able to assist me.

1. I am looking to develop a database to track technology I test for doing document review work. This could be a simple MS Access database initially since there are only 2 employees in my company and I do not have a server yet.

2. I would like to build a web based application where I could time a test review of documents by candidates. Picture a 20 minute test with possibly 33 questions. The documents will be loaded as either PDF or TIFF documents or possibly native file documents so a reader might be useful so the candidate wouldn’t need to have the underlying software loaded onto their computer. The candidates are timed and have to review documents for certain characteristics. The test results tracking documents per hour and accuracy results exports into a database tracking candidates which I haven’t yet decided what I will use but it will likely be web based. The test needs to be able to have new documents loaded in by clients for their particular needs.
