Students with an F-1 student visa have successfully started businesses while still students. Students with an F-1 student visa have also been able to legally contribute to creating start-ups. However, students need to know the ‘dos and don’ts so that they do not put their student visas in jeopardy.

Come learn the basics about forming a starting a business that all students should know whether you are a founder or an ‘employee’ with an F-1 student visa.
